I HAVE BEEN ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A PETTICOAT FOR FOREVER!! Every time I went thrifting and happened to see one it was always too big. Boo. So imagine my surprise when I saw this one, in my size and for $5. Hey now! So the only thing left to do was pair it with the most obnoxious sweater in my wardrobe. This neon pink knit caught my eye when I walked passed a Forever 21 store semi-recently. It had to be mine (pink, duh!). It’s sooo bright. Paired it with a pair of Converse that I’ve had for years (and haven’t worn in years). Of course, I had to add the neon pink striped socks too.
