Christmas Brownies!

So I guess a new tradition was born when I chose to make My Special Brownies last year for Christmas. My family loved them and were all too excited when they found out I’d be making them again this year. The recipe is simple. All you need is a box of your favorite brownie mix, all the ingredients they require and any add-ons that you think would top it off. I add chopped pecans to the mix and once it’s in the pan I swirl caramel sauce throughout. Lastly, I coat the top with shredded coconut and cook it until it’s golden brown on top (and when the brownies are done, of course). I’ve also substituted the caramel sauce for milk or white chocolate chips, but like them with the caramel sauce better. Definitely worth trying!
