I can’t believe there are only a couple of days left in 2014! Ah! I figured there was no better to way to close out the year than to do it with sequins. So I broke out my sequin pants from a couple of years ago and paired them with what else other than black and white? Duh! But hey, at least I used a pop of color with my beanie! The countdown to 2015 is on!

Thigh High

StyleLust Pages: Thigh High

The love I have for this sweater! As soon as I saw it years ago I had to have it. It’s massive even though it’s my true size and the slouchiness of it makes it o’so comfy. I paired it with some equally dated pieces from my closet. Those being my polka dot tights and ribbed thigh high socks. I love restyling pieces I haven’t seen in a while. And the supersized cow print clutch was the perfect accessory.

OH! THE THANKSGIVING/BLACK FRIDAY/SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY/CYBER MONDAY HOLIDAY SALE ENDS TONIGHT AT 11:59PM OVER ON LOVECORTNIE.COM! SAVE UP TO $40 ON SOME PIECES AND NEW PIECES WERE ADDED JUST FOR THE SALE!

Leopard & Red

StyleLust Pages: Leopard & Red

Can I first just start by saying that I’ve FINALLY found the perfect leopard pump! Yay! They’re actually the exact same pumps that I wore in my last post. Yes, it’s true. I bought them twice. I never do that, but when you’ve desparately been looking for both the perfect black pump and a leopard pair, you just get them. Or in my case, you get both of them. I thought they would pair nicely for their first time out with a sweater I obsessed over a couple of years ago when I bought it. Plus, I’ve got a thing for a leopard and red combo.

What I Wore: J.Crew sweater (old, alternate HERE & HERE), Express skirt (HERE), Kurt Geiger pumps (HERE), vintage necklace from Atlantis Dry Goods

Cold Shoulder

StyleLust Pages: Cold Shoulder

This top was the very first piece of clothing I ever bought from ZARA. It’s been over 5 years, but it’s still a favorite. Blush pink silk and you can adjust the tie in the front so you can wear it on or off of the shoulders. Kept the jewelry minimal and let these amazing vintage statement earrings have a moment.

What I Wore: Zara top (old, alternate HERE), Express pants (old, alternate HERE), vintage earrings from Atlantis Dry Goods **Photography by Surpass Visuals

Make It Pink

StyleLust Pages: Make It Pink

Anyone who knows me knows I love love love Disney movies. Yes, I’m 30 years old and watch them faithfully. So any Disney fans out there, you know where I got the title of this post from. If you don’t know…Sleeping Beauty, duh! You also know that pink is my favorite color and I intentionally went over board with it here. Pink flowered background, pink blouse, pink skirt, pink lips, pink toe nails. Just pink! It all started with this skirt though. As soon as I spotted it on ASOS I was done. I luckily got my hands on it after stalking my size for a bit of time. Obsessed. It’s actually my second leather pencil skirt (see how I styled my other one HERE, HERE, HERE & HERE) and the 4th leather skirt that I own. You’ll see that one next week, but I’m beginning to see a trend here.

What I Wore: Express top (alternate HERE), ASOS skirt (HERE or HERE), KORS Michael Kors heels (sold out), SUPER sunnies (HERE), J.Crew belt (similar HERE & HERE), Mom’s earrings, MAC lipstick in Snob (HERE) **Photography by Surpass Visuals
