Green Maxi Dress

StyleLust Pages: Green Maxi Dress

How fun is this dress?? I first spotted it on someone I follow on the gram and loved it immediately. Then I saw it again on another person I follow. I took it as a sign and ordered it for myself. Once it arrived I saw it on a third person that I follow. After trying it on I totally understood why. It’s soooo comfy! AND it has pockets. You can’t go wrong with a dress with pockets.

I carried the retired Wild Thing Roll Down Clutch & loved the combo so much that I made the bag available again through 6/29. Snag one while you can!

What I Wore: Dress (HERE & HERE), Nine West sandals (old), Love,Cortnie ‘Wild Thing’ Roll Down Clutch (HERE), vintage earrings

StyleLust Pages: Draped & Denim

If you follow me on INSTAGRAM then you saw my sneak peek of this look yesterday. You’ll also know that I’m all about my drapey maxi skirts. This one in particular is pretty awesome thanks to the train in the back. I’ve had it for years, but it doesn’t feel like it since I’m able to remix it over and over again. Check out the last few times I’ve worn it on the blog: 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015.

What I Wore: J.Crew top (old, alternate HERE), BCBG Max Azria skirt (old, similar HERE), Love,Cortnie ‘Springbok’ clutch (HERE), Nine West sandals, Madewell sunnies (HERE)

Swinging Tie-Dye

From On October 7, 2013

StyleLust Pages: Swinging Tie-Dye

So we got a huge dose of Summer-like temperatures this past week. Almost 90 degrees and I wasn’t excited about it. Warm temps are welcome, but blazing temps? No. So of course, I dressed accordingly. I’ve had this top for a few years now, but I barely wear it. Go figure. I love that it came with optional straps included and that it’s long enough to wear a variety of ways. This time I chose a knit mini skirt. A perfect color for Fall, but apparently, a perfect color during Summer temps too.

What I Wore:
Free People top, BCBG Max Azria skirt (similar HERE), Gorjana necklace (HERE), Nine West heels (alternative HERE)

Denim Does It

From On August 8, 2013

StyleLust Pages: Denim Does It

I remember seeing this shirt in Gap a couple of years ago and loving it. Only problem was, my size was no longer available. The oversized-lover in me just said to buy the medium. So I did and I’m glad. I can now wear it as a tunic, belted or with a skinny pant. Another denim shirt added to my collection (I have maybe 6). They’re just something you can never go wrong with.

I’m also happy to debut this spotted calf hair clutch on my blog for the first time! It sold out before I even had a chance to style it for you guys. Well it’s back in stock, but still very limited. Easily one of my faves and goes perfectly with denim tops.

What I Wore:
Gap shirt (similar HERE, HERE or HERE), Nine West heels (similar HERE), Love,Cortnie ‘Spotted II’ calf hair clutch (HERE), earrings from Atlantis Dry Goods, MAC Red lipstick (HERE), Essie nail polish in Mint Candy Apple (HERE)

Off Beat

From On October 9, 2012

I love the randomness that is this outfit and how the pinks don’t match. I tried to stick with similar colors so it wouldn’t look any more off beat than it does. I’ve had this sweatshirt top for years and have maybe worn it once. I really wanted to wear it with something other than the obvious choice of jeans or a solid-colored bottom. So I challenged myself to think outside the box. So here you have it!

What I Wore:
Gap top, H&M skirt, Love,Cortnie ‘Ashleigh’ clutch (HERE), Nine West heels, Forever 21 necklace
